For those seeking something different You will just love the Curled Ear Tips, Bobbed tail, Polyfeet,
Polyfeet are not part of the Highlander breed registered at TICA for showing but are allowable as part of the breed group.
Please note tails are not allowed to be docked in the UK

Although the registration for the name Highlander is a recent event their is pictorial evidence to support that these cats occurred naturally without intervention from man as far back as 1962

Breeders Goals

To continue to breed Highlanders per our standard that consistently conform to
the type and personality that have made our Highlander kittens so
sought after.
To continue to welcome and mentor new breeders who will strive to put the
breed’s best interest first and foremost in their breeding programs.
To register Highlander litters and individual cats and kittens with TICA.
To continue education in various formats.
To continue rescue of all Highlanders in need.
To continue to provide a forum for Highlander breeders to interact, exchange
ideas, and work together in a cooperative and supportive
environment.
To practise good animal husbandry.
To put the need of the kitten/cat first.
To breed only with healthy, well adjusted friendly cats
